By submitting your business for inclusion in our directory and/or purchasing advertising space on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Directory Listings

All business listings submitted for inclusion in the directory are subject to approval and may be edited for clarity, formatting, or length.

Submission of your business does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by Holland Women's Business Network, LLC.

We reserve the right to decline, remove, or modify listings at our discretion, without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information submitted.
2. Advertising Placement

Ad placements (digital banners, sponsor highlights, etc.) are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Specific placement, duration, and design formats may be subject to change based on website layout or content strategy.

All ad content must align with our community standards and values. We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that are misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.
3. No Guarantees

Inclusion in the directory or participation in paid advertising does not guarantee increased website traffic, leads, or business success.

We do not offer refunds for unused or underperforming ad placements unless agreed upon in writing in advance.
4. Hold Harmless Agreement

By submitting your business information or advertising content, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify [Your Website/Business Name], its owners, partners, team members, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the directory or advertising program.
